At the church I’m volunteering at during our transition period, I’m able to be involved with various creative endeavors.
We recently started a new series called “Superheroes of the Bible.” For seven weeks, we’ll be taking a look at some of the heroes of the Bible, what God did through them, their strengths, their weaknesses, and the common thread of faith.
Each week, there’s going to be a brief video segment featuring a recurring character, Average Joe, who is trying to be a superhero. Joe isn’t super at all, but will be learning some of the same lessons that we can learn about what it means to be a great man or woman of God. All with a dash of comedy.
So, without further ado, here is the first episode of The Next Superhero!
