Some more stuff that’s resonating with me and is worth reading…
- My friend Tom Kraueter takes a moment to explore How Important is Punctuation in Worship Lyrics. Something that has long been a pet peeve, and a must read for anyone involved in projecting worship lyrics.
- Tony Morgan asks a great question – Are Events Killing the Church?
- A popular topic lately is to raise the banner of living a radical Christian life as opposed to wallowing in consumeristic Christianity. Skye Jethani (senior editor of Leadership Journal) engages in Redefining Radical by suggesting that perhaps the call to radical mission isn’t the magical solution to consumer Christianity we think it is.
- My worship leading friend Jim Drake ponders The Mystery of God and that we seem to be missing this in our churches and lives.
- Gary Molander (from Floodgate Productions) offers a great mini-series on The Artist’s Heart looking at the reality of submitting and disagreeing in creative endeavors. If you’re involved in creating anything under someone else’s direction, be sure to check out Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.

Mathematically, one is a cardinal whole number. In computer programming, one combined with zeroes become a binary code. Relationally, the 1970′s band Three Dog Night wants you to believe that one is the loneliest number. It can also be a very selfish number of we are only looking out for “numero uno.”
